Manually Install the New Play Store 4.0.25

You can now manually install the new Play Store 4.0.25. This update brings an entirely new look to the Play Store. It seems as though Google is trying to go with the “cards” theme and bring an integrated style with the Play Store and Google Now. See below for a few screenshots.

To install, all you have to do is download the file and get it on your phone, and then use a file explorer to find the apk and install it! Simple.

Let me know what you think! Is this redesign an improvement?

I am neither here nor there on the design. Thought the old one was nice too. What I like is that are trying to get everything to look the same and have some continuity within the system.

For some reason I can no longer install APKs. I have done it before, and no settings have been changed, but now the install button doesn’t work.

My Play Store had been giving me errors (perhaps refusing to update to this version for some reason) but now it’s shiny and new! Thanks for this!
