Alcatel OneTouch Idol 3 Available in U.S. Tomorrow!
One of the more anticipated budget smartphones of 2015 will be officially available tomorrow as pre/new orders will begin to ship on May 21st. For those who aren’t yet familiar with the device, the Idol 3 comes packed with some great specs including:
- 5.5-inch FHD display (401ppi)
- Snapdragon 615
- Quad core 1.5 GHz AND a quad core 1.0 GHz processors
- Micro-SD storage up 128GB
- 16/32GB internal storage with 2GB of RAM
- Can be used upside down without any discomfort!
- 2910mAh battery
Some have wondered how your Idol 3 will be updated and per an official statement from Steve Cistulli, Senior Vice President & General Manager of North America for ALCATEL ONETOUCH: “We’re committed to ensuring that we always have the very best user experience possible and plan to have IDOL 3 software updates available to consumers via over-the-air updates. Timing on these updates will be on a rolling basis as needed.”
