Root the Galaxy Note 4 on Android 5.0 Lollipop




This video will show you how to use CF auto root to root your Galaxy Note 4 running Android 5.0 Lollipop. Make sure to use the correct model number for your device! You can find it in settings/about device. This will most likely void warranty, so use at your own risk.

    i noticed the file says 4.4.4, does that matter with 5.0+?

      I can confirm that this does work with 5.0.1 sprint version even though the file says 4.4.4

    I have been trying this on my Verizon note 4 for the past 3 days. I want to downgrade it to Kitkat. But even when I find the CF root for Verizon and try it I get this message.

    Firmware update start..

    recovery.img

    NAND Write Start!!

    cache.img.ext4

    FAIL! (Auth)

    All threads completed. (succeed 0 / failed 1)

    Any ideas what might be wrong? feel free to email me if you have any ideas.
