I want to know if someone can help me

I had android 4.2.2 on my nexus 4 I had root and the recovery flashed.

I wanted to do a downgrade to 4.2.1 because I wanted to use LTE on my nexus.

I bricked my phone because i made wipe data factory reset, wipe data, wipe system and wipe cache, and i made a mistake (i think) i made wipe sd card data… so when i turned on my phone only show the screen GOOGLE, and never turned on, I made a factory reset again and not working.

I tried to flash with Nexus root toolkit, and not working, I followed all steps.

I installed drivers, I download the factory image, and nothing. supposedly the nexus toolkit said that was succesfull, but my phone didn’t show anything.

I wanted to with ADB mode, and I couldt get it, I press power button and botton down volume and I can’t get ADB mode, this show fastboot mode.

I have a headache and I speak a little english, Im from mexico, somebody can help me?
